Production Manager
As Production Manager you will be responsible for purchasing materials, scheduling production and supervising direct and indirect employees relative to production. This is a leadership position in the company and experience in similar or leading position is necessary.

You will be reporting to the President. Your core focus will be the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations in terms of safety, cost, quality, delivery, and working capital. Executing production requirements per plan and 'hands on' coaching and development of the team in order to drive safety, quality, productivity and business goals.
The ideal individual will have:

years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment contributing to improved operational methods within a team environment Strong problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A commitment to continuous process improvement Supervisory experience and ability to work well across functional responsibilities Engineering degree from an accredited college desired/preferred.
